Paul Merson backs Tottenham Hotspur to win against West Bromwich Albion, Chelsea, Southampton and Newcastle United in the Premier League.
Former Arsenal attacker Paul Merson has predicted in The Daily Star that Tottenham Hotspur will win all of their final four matches of the Premier League season.
Tottenham will take on West Bromwich Albion (home), Chelsea (away), Southampton (home) and Newcastle United (away) between now and the end of the season.
Merson believes that Spurs will pick up all 12 points from those four league fixtures.
“Tottenham are on fire and I think they will win all their games now until the end of the season,” the former Arsena star wrote in The Daily Star while discussing the Premier League title race. “They are the best team in the league.”
Tottenham are in great form at the moment, and there is a good chance that they will win all four of their final league matches.
Winning against West Brom at White Hart Lane on Monday evening should be simple enough.
Chelsea at Stamford Bridge will pose a challenge, and perhaps Mauricio Pochettino’s side may have to settle for a point in the London derby.
Southampton at home? Three points written all over it. Newcastle at St. James’ Park could be tricky, especially if the Magpies still have a chance of retaining their Premier League status on the final day of the season.
