Wolverhampton Wanderers are doing well in the Premier League at the moment.

The former Arsenal attacking midfielder believes that teams will show Wolves more respect next season and will make themselves tough to break down.
Merson said about Wolves on the Gillette Soccer Saturday show on Sky Sports News this past Saturday afternoon (02:07pm, February 16, 2019): “One thing is going to be breaking teams down next season. They are going to get more respect next season as well, and it’s going to be harder.”
Harder next season?
Wolves have been superb in the Premier League so far this season, especially as they won automatic promotion from the Championship only at the end of the 2017-18 campaign.
The Wanderers are seventh in the league table at the moment with 39 points from 26 matches.

It is hard to see Nuno’s side break into the top six this campaign, but if they invest in their squad in the summer of 2019, then they could give it a go.
Wolves will find it hard to break down teams next season if the opposition decide to sit back and soak the pressure, but then again, manager Nuno could come out with a plan to combat that.
