The Arsenal midfielder is spending the season on loan with Bournemouth.

Paul Merson has told Sky Sports that Bournemouth is proving to be the perfect fit for Jack Wilshere.
The midfielder made the move to the south coast on deadline day of the summer transfer window as he sought out regular game time.
The England international had fallen down the pecking order at the Emirates following the arrival of Granit Xhaka and a move to the Cherries was seen as the ideal way for him to work on improving his fitness.

So far things have gone well with Eddie Howe’s team as he has featured in six of their seven games so far, the latest coming in the 2-2 draw with Watford.
Merson was watching that game and when asked if he can see improvement in Wilshere, he told Sky Sports:
“Yes very much so. He got booked for a lunge but some of the things he did in the game were different gravy.
“Bournemouth suits him, it’s perfect. They play the right way, they give him the ball and he’s getting better every week.”

Wilshere will now be hoping he can continue to impress for Bournemouth to prove he has a future at Arsenal.
In truth his career at the Emirates is hanging in the balance, with his loan away this season proving he is no longer untouchable at the clubs.
A solid season as the star for the Cherries, though, and there may be a way for him to fulfil his potential at the Gunners.
