Pundit says next two games are crucial to Everton’s aims.

Everton briefly climbed into sixth place before the international break, before Manchester United won the following day and knocked them back into seventh.
United now sit fifth and Arsenal sixth, but pundit Paul Merson has told SkySports he can still see a path for Everton securing a top four spot in the Premier League table.
The Toffees take on rivals Liverpool this weekend, and Merson believes Everton can secure a Champions League place if they win that and follow it up with a victory against Manchester United days later.
He said: “If Everton win this game, then go and beat Manchester United, you’ve got to fancy them to have a chance of reaching the top four. It’s a big if, though.”

Merson went on to add that he does not actually expect Everton to do it, predicting they lose 2-0 to Liverpool at Anfield.
Liverpool are in fourth place at present, despite an inconsistent start to 2017. They have rallied of late, winning three of their last five Premier League matches, losing just one of them.
