Joelinton joined Newcastle United in the summer transfer window.

Paul Merson has praised Newcastle United striker Joelinton in The Daily Star.
The former Arsenal star has been impressed with the 23-year-old, who joined Newcastle from Hoffenheim in the summer transfer window for a fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £40 million.
The Brazilian has scored one goal in three Premier League appearances for the Magpies so far this season, according to WhoScored.
Liverpool legend Mark Lawrenson has also hailed Joelinton and his Newcastle teammate and 25-year-old Paraguay international attacking midfielder Miguel Almiron.
Lawrenson has further advised the Newcastle fans to support the team.
Merson wrote in The Daily Star: “I like the new signing Joelinton. He was a handful at Spurs and looks like he has goals in him.”
Lawrenson wrote on BBC Sport: “It was a great win for Newcastle at Tottenham and what I would say to Newcastle fans is just support the team. Steve Bruce got a great result at Spurs, get behind him.
“I have really liked what I have seen of Joelinton and Miguel Almiron. If they get the service they look like they can score goals.”

Positive vibe
Newcastle did not start the season strongly, but Steve Bruce’s side won against Tottenham Hotspur in London last week.
The Magpies are likely to fight for survival in the Premier League this season, but they showed against Spurs that they can get good results.
Joelinton and Almiron will be key players for Newcastle this season, with the former expected to bang in the goals and the latter to create chances.
As for the Newcastle fans supporting the team, the St. James’ Park faithful do always back their players, even when things are tough.
