Aston Villa will travel to Griffin Park on Wednesday night to take on Brentford.

Paul McGrath has urged the Aston Villa players to ‘show up’ ahead of their Championship clash against Brentford on Wednesday night.
Dean Smith’s side are falling behind the play-off places following their dramatic 3-3 draw against Sheffield United last Friday night.
Villa were losing the encounter 3-0 after the hour mark, but they produced a remarkable comeback to score three goals in the final eight minutes of the match to secure an unlikely draw.
Nonetheless, Holte End favourite McGrath had this stern message for the players as he told them to give the supporters ‘something to shout about’.
Here is McGrath’s message as posted on his personal Twitter account:
Villa are currently seven points behind sixth-placed Middlesbrough in the table and to make matters worse a number of teams ahead of them have a game in hand.
Nonetheless, Smith will be returning to his old club on Wednesday and hoping to record three points after leaving Griffin Park for Villa Park in October.

During the reverse fixture in August when Smith was in the Brentford dugout and Steve Bruce was still in charge of Villa, Jonathan Kodjia netted a last-minute header to secure a point for his team.
It remains to be seen if Kodjia starts for his side in the capital after he was substituted for Andre Green during that draw against the Blades last time out.
