Aston Villa striker Tammy Abraham is attracting interest from the Premier League amid a reported bid from Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Paul McGrath has stated that Aston Villa striker Tammy Abraham ‘deserves all the interest’ shown in him and praised him for his hard work at the club.
The Sun claimed on Wednesday that Wolves’ £18 million bid for the 21-year-old striker has been accepted by his parent club, Chelsea.
As a result, his season-long loan at Villa Park could be cut short, which would dent the club’s chances of earning promotion to the Premier League this season.
Abraham moved to the Midlands outfit at the end of August when then-Villa manager Steve Bruce brought him to the club, under Bruce and now Dean Smith, he has scored 16 league goals in 20 matches.
Former Republic of Ireland international McGrath offered his thoughts on the Abraham speculation as he sent the youngster a message on his personal Twitter account.
Villa are the second highest scorers in the division with 49 goals scored from their 26 matches – Abraham has been involved in 17 of those.
The highly-rated youngster, who on loan at then-Premier League side Swansea City last season, netted a brace for his side as they drew 2-2 with QPR at Villa Park on New Year’s Day.

If Abraham were to end his stay in B6 and join Wolves then he would sign for a team that is currently sitting in the Premier League’s top eight.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s side were promoted to the top tier of English football in the summer, along with Cardiff City and Fulham, who beat Villa in the playoff final in May.
