Aston Villa have now recorded eight wins on the bounce and they are the in-form team in the Championship.

Paul McGrath has told Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish to carry on being ‘brilliant’ after helping his team to eight wins on the bounce in the Championship.
The 23-year-old missed Villa’s weekend encounter against Bristol City, but he has been a part of and played a huge role in the club’s recent surge up the Championship table.
As things stand, Dean Smith’s side are sitting fifth in the table and hopes of finishing in the top-six are now in their hands with four games of the season remaining.
Here is Hole End legend McGrath sending a message to Villa’s star man, Grealish, as posted on his personal Twitter account:

There is no doubt that if Villa want to earn promotion then Grealish will play a huge part in them potentially reaching the Premier League at the end of the season.
Last May, under the stewardship of then-manager Steve Bruce, they were defeated in the play-off final by Fulham, who have since been relegated back to the Championship.
No-one would have been hurting more from that defeat then boyhood Villa fans Grealish, but he and his teammates who were there on that day will want to prove that they have learnt from that afternoon at Wembley.
Nonetheless, a top-six finish is not yet secure and Grealish will be preparing for his side’s away clash at League One-bound Bolton on Friday.
