Aston Villa signed legendary defender John Terry on Monday morning.
Paul McGrath and Stan Collymore have reacted on Twitter to Aston Villa’s signing of John Terry.
The 36-year-old defender joined Aston Villa on a one-year deal after helping Chelsea to Premier League glory last season for what was his fifth top-flight title in West London.

And the legendary Villa centre-back seems delighted over such a move following his Twitter response, though Collymore is slightly more reserved.
Signing Terry – who spent 22 years at Chelsea – is quite a high-profile coup for Aston Villa as they plot an escape from the Championship next term.
The Villans finished 13th last season but, as Steve Bruce prepares for his first full season in charge, the veteran manager, who has four promotions under his belt with two different clubs, will be confident that signing the Champions League-winning man can aid a fifth success.
Villa kick off their Championship season on August 5 when Hull City – whom Bruce left last summer – visit the West Midlands.
