Paul Mariner is very confident that Daniel Sturridge will leave Liverpool this month.

Paul Mariner has told ESPN that he believes Daniel Sturridge will wind up leaving Liverpool for Inter Milan this month.
The 28-year-old has lost his way under Jurgen Klopp and has managed only three goals in 14 games across all competitions this season.

And Mariner is supremely confident that leaving Liverpool for Milan is a good choice for the England star, who needs regular football to boost his World Cup hopes.
He told ESPN after being asked if joining Inter Milan was a hit or a miss: “It’s 100% a hit for him. Sturridge needs to get himself fit.
“Get yourself fit Daniel, play some football. This is a hit for him. It would be fantastic.”

Losing Sturridge wouldn’t be a huge blow for the Reds, given how ineffective he has been.
But some fans of the Anfield club will be disappointed how his spell on Merseyside has panned out based on how prolific he once was for Liverpool.
Philippe Coutinho has already left Klopp’s side this month, and the German manager needs to start focusing on getting some players in, especially if Sturridge does leave as expected.
