Paul Ince has stated that Liverpool transfer target, Jude Bellingham, has ‘all the attributes’ in his locker to be ‘world-class’, as he told Sky Sports Football.
The former England midfielder added, both the Borussia Dortmund star and Declan Rice still have a ‘long way to go’ before people can put that tag over their heads.
Both Bellingham and Rice started in the middle of the park for England on Tuesday night, as the Three Lions breezed past Ivory Coast in a friendly.
It was England’s 18-year-old superstar that walked away with the Man of the Match award, as he showcased maturity and quality beyond his years.
Ince loves what Bellingham brings to the table and added that he can go down the path of becoming a ‘world-class’ player one day.
“He’s a great prospect,” said Ince. “He has all the attributes you look at to be a world-class player.
“People use the word world-class very, very easily. Some of the things he does, he has the attributes to be that. It’s all about keeping your feet on the ground.
“The same about Declan Rice. The early stages of your career. They have a long, long way to go. When you can play at the highest level for 10-15 years, then you become a world-class player.”

Bellingham is currently plying his trade in the colours of Dortmund over in Germany, but it seems as though English clubs are trying to lure him back home.
Liverpool are seemingly going to plot a move for the £85 million all-action midfielder during the summer transfer window, according to German outlet Bild.
Dortmund have proven before that if the right price is put on the table for their star players, then they will sell them.
So, if the Reds are serious about securing Bellingham’s talents, and he could provide a team with well over a decades of service, then they will have a serious player on their hands.
