The Chelsea youngster looks set for a move to Ipswich Town, despite alleged Blackburn Rovers interest.

Rumoured Blackburn Rovers target Trevoh Chalobah is close to joining one of Tony Mowbray’s former clubs, Ipswich Town – according to the Tractor Boys’ new manager Paul Hurst.
The Daily Mirror reported earlier this month that Rovers boss Mowbray was keen to take Chalobah, the Chelsea centre-back who recently trained with Gareth Southgate’s senior England squad, on a season-long loan.
But any hope Blackburn had of landing the 18-year-old seem to be fading fast, after Hurst’s revelation, via Town’s official Twitter account, on Monday.
The Daily Mirror has also credited Blackburn with interest in another Chelsea defender, Michael Hector, and Rovers could fair better there – should they choose to pursue a deal for the 25-year-old.
Hector, a shock £5 million signing for Jose Mourinho three years ago, appeared 38 times while on loan to Hull City last season but could be on the move again this summer.

The Jamaican, who also plays in central midfield, has yet to feature for the Blues‘ first team.
Should Blackburn fans be disappointed if they fail to sign Chalobah?
