Paul Heckingbottom addressed Leeds United defender Pontus Jansson’s future.

Paul Heckingbottom has told a press conference via Leeds United’s official Twitter account that he has no concerns over Pontus Jansson’s future at Elland Road.
The Sweden centre-back raised doubts over his long-term future in West Yorkshire this past week by offering an ambiguous response when asked if he could leave the Whites this summer.
Jansson, who captained his country last night, signed a £3.6 million permanent deal with Leeds last summer, after a brilliant season-long loan last term.

When asked if he had concerns about the 26-year-old, Heckingbottom told the press conference: “No, none at all. It’s well documented that all of our players are under contract, bar Pablo. There’s no issue.”
Then asked if Jansson was happy at Leeds, the 40-year-old added: “Yep he is happy.”
Leeds’ best hope of keeping the former Malmo star is by spending.
Jansson has never hid his ambition to help the Whites win promotion to the Premier League, and the more realistic that looks, the more he is going to want to stay.
The towering centre-back has a fantastic relationship with fans, most of whom will be desperate to see him stay at Elland Road, but his future might well hinge on a productive summer on the transfer front.
