Both Hugo Lloris and Michel Vorm are doubts for Tottenham Hotspur’s match against Watford tomorrow.

Tottenham Hotspur could be set to hand a debut to Pau Lopez against Watford this weekend.
Lopez joined Spurs from Espanyol last summer, but the 22-year-old has been starved of first-team opportunities at White Hart Lane.
Lopez’s only action has come at development squad level, with both Hugo Lloris and Michel Vorm ahead of him in the pecking order.
However, Vorm has picked up an injury and is now a doubt for Spurs’ match against Watford tomorrow.
With Lloris also ill, Spurs’ goalkeeping options look to be extremely limited.
And Lopez now appears to have a clear pathway into Tottenham’s first team.
The Spaniard will arrive in a pressurised environment, but it will be a chance for him to show his quality.
If Tottenham do beat Watford, they will move to within four points of league leaders Chelsea.
