It looks as though Spanish goalkeeper Pau Lopez will become a Tottenham Hotspur player this weekend.
Catalan paper Sport reported this week he is planning to fly into London at the weekend to undergo his medical with Tottenham on Saturday.
But Espanyol had a game last night, a La Liga clash with Malaga.

The drew the game 2-2 but Spurs fans should not fear Lopez picking up an injury in the game. The 21-year-old remained an unused sub in the fixture with Roberto again getting the nod from Quique Sanchez Flores.
The hope now will be Tottenham can sign Lopez this weekend – on an initial loan deal worth €600,000, with an option to make the move permanent in the summer for €6 million (£5.1 miliion).

Tottenham have reportedly been interested in the player for some time. However, the surge to sign the player was accelerated when Hugo Lloris picked up an injury in the opening game of the season.
Lopez is seen as a long-term option at Spurs and manager Mauricio Pochettino is a fan of the young stopper from his time at the Catalan club.
Spurs fans will be hoping to hear more on this deal over the coming days.
