Sol Campbell and Rodney Marsh have taken to social media to give their reaction to the appointment of Patrick Vieira as the new Crystal Palace manager.

Palace have announced on their official website that they have hired Arsenal legend Vieira as the new manager.
The former Arsenal midfielder has been handed a three-year contract.
Vieira has replaced Roy Hodgson, who left his managerial role at Selhurst Park at the end of last season.

Palace are an established club in the Premier League, and the fans want to see good football and the players to work hard.
The Palace hierarchy will not expect the team to start challenging for the European places, but Vieira will be expected to do at least better than what Hodgson did in recent seasons.
