The former Celtic loan star has struggled in his latest spell away from Manchester City.

Summer Celtic target Patrick Roberts could be available again in January, just months after he joined Girona in spite of interest from Bhoys boss Brendan Rodgers.
The Sunday Mirror reports (November 11, page 68) that Roberts is in line for a fresh loan move when the transfer window reopens, after his Spanish spell ‘backfired’.
The £6 million Manchester City winger spent the previous two-and-a-half seasons loaned to Celtic Park, and was part of three Bhoys title winning squads.
But he has started just twice for Girona, albeit in the Catalan side’s most recent two fixtures, and PSV Eindhoven are now in the running to sign him, according the Sunday Mirror.

With Roberts’ replacement, Daniel Arzani, likely to miss the rest of this campaign through injury, reports of his availability may be of interest to Celtic.
There is, however, no word yet of Celtic having renewed their interest in the 21-year-old.
Should the Bhoys look to pounce on Roberts’ alleged availability?
