Mateusz Bogusz joined Leeds United in January 2019.

Bogusz has featured for Leeds in pre-season, and the 17-year-old attacking midfielder seems to have made a positive impression on first-team senior forward Bamford – who joined the Whites from Middlesbrough in the summer of 2018 for a transfer fee reported by The Yorkshire Evening Post to be worth £7 million.
Bamford told The Yorkshire Evening Post about Bogusz: “For me I think over our pre-season we have had faces from last year coming back and also players like Leif Davis but we have got a young lad called Bogusz who is top.”

Promising talent
Bogusz joined Leeds in January 2019 from Ruch Chorzow, and the attacking midfielder is hugely talented and has a lot of potential.
The 17-year-old did well for the Whites’ youth team during the second half of last season, and the youngster has done well in pre-season for the senior side.
The Poland Under-20 international is not going to find it easy to establish himself in head coach Marcelo Bielsa’s starting lineup this season, but he will get chances to shine if he continues to work hard in training.
Leeds will be aiming to finish in the top two of the Championship table this season.
