Patrick Bamford is in with Leeds United fans right now.

Patrick Bamford has admitted to LUTV that it was nice to hear Leeds United fans singing his name after Sunday’s 3-1 win at Bristol City.
The Whites got their Championship campaign off to a fine start as Marcelo Bielsa’s side eased to three points at Ashton Gate yesterday.
Bamford was among Leeds’ stand-out players and saw his hard work rewarded with a goal in the second half, after brilliant play from Pablo Hernandez.
The 25-year-old, who cost United £7 million last summer [The Daily Mail], is now a much more important player for Leeds now than he was a few days ago after Bielsa confirmed that Kemar Roofe, Bamford’s only serious competition in the squad, was set to leave the club.
The former Middlesbrough hitman had a rotten end to last season, and struggled to make his mark in a series of friendlies over the past month, but the Whites supporters got firmly behind him on Sunday and Bamford is appreciative of the gesture.
He told LUTV: “It’s nice to hear them singing my name. I’ve got a job to do and I know what it is. For me I’ve just got to keep my head straight.”
