Rangers fans have taken to Twitter to react after the club posted a statement regarding UEFA’s verdict on Glen Kamara and Ondřej Kúdela.
It’s safe to say they aren’t happy with the club’s statement on the matter.
Kúdela was handed a 10-match ban after being found guilty of racially abusing the Rangers No.18, which frankly isn’t good enough.
However, the club said they ‘welcome’ the ban imposed on the 34-year-old, which seems to have annoyed Rangers supporters.
Why? Well, they feel ten games simply isn’t long enough, and we agree.
Luis Suárez also received a 10-game ban for biting Branislav Ivanović in 2013.

Elsewhere, Kieran Trippier was recently hit with a 10-week suspension for breaching gambling rules.
Is proven racism really on par with biting, and less severe than betting?
UEFA seems to think so.
In our view, a 10-game ban isn’t severe enough to stop a racist from being racist again.

The statement from Rangers was surely posted with good intentions and a desire to defend Kamara and Kemar Roofe.
However, to say they welcome such a soft punishment was a bit weak, and it has rightly been called out by a section of the Ibrox faithful.
Let’s see what they’ve been saying about the club’s statement on Twitter…
