Leicester City supporters weren’t too pleased with Kieran Tierney seemingly faking a facial injury during his side’s 3-1 win on Sunday.
In the 90th minute, with Arsenal moments away from sealing the points, Tierney was involved in a challenge with Cengiz Under.
The Leicester player shoulder barged the Arsenal defender as he fell to the floor, but his reaction didn’t sit well with the opposition faithful.
Tierney then began holding his face like he had some sort of facial or head injury, which the Leicester fans didn’t like.
There wasn’t too much contact either from the winger, so with the home side already losing, it’s understandable why they would be even more infuriated with Tierney’s reaction.
It was clear from the Arsenal man’s perspective that he was just trying to waste time. But it came off the wrong way.
Regardless of that, Arsenal fans won’t be too fussed because that was a deserved and much-needed three points for their team.
