Rangers lost 2-0 to Celtic in the Old Firm clash on Saturday at Ibrox.

Rangers lost 2-0 to arch rivals Celtic in the first Old Firm derby clash of the 2017/18 campaign at the Ibrox Stadium on Saturday.
Tom Rogic and Leigh Griffiths scored in the second half to earn all three points for Brendan Rodgers’ side.
With this victory, Celtic have extended their unbeaten run of domestic games to 57, and have taken a lead over Rangers of eight points.

After a goalless first half, Celtic took their game to a new level in the second half, and were clearly the better team of the two.
Rogic opened the scoring just after the break by pouncing on a loose ball, and Griffiths scored the second after picking up a superb pass from Patrick Roberts.

Former Celtic goalkeeper Pat Bonner said on BBC Sportsound that the gulf between the two sides were clearly visible in the second half.
“There’s an enormous gulf between these two teams and it’s been summed up in this second half,” he said to BBC Sport (live blog; 94th minute).
Former Celtic player-turned-pundit Adam Virgo took to Twitter after the match to express his reaction. He tweeted:
According to BBC Sport, Celtic enjoyed a 58% ball possession with 11 corners, and registered 18 shots during the match.
