Paris Saint-Germain may let a number of players leave after splashing the cash on Neymar.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Paris Saint-Germain are planning a fire sale in January – and that could be a huge boost for both Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur.
PSG splashed the cash to break the world transfer record on Barcelona superstar Neymar this summer, and they then secured a loan deal for the world’s most talented teenager, Monaco’s Kylian Mbappe.
With Mbappe’s move set to become permanent in another blockbuster deal next summer, PSG are pushing up to the limit in terms of Financial Fair Play, and some players may have to leave in 2018 to go some way to balancing the books.

Mundo Deportivo report that a number of players are primed for the chopping block either in January or next summer, with five players named as potential departures.
Angel Di Maria, Julian Draxler, Javier Pastore, Lucas Moura and Kevin Trapp are expected to be at risk, with other players possibly fearing for their futures at the Parc des Princes.
If true, PSG’s planned exodus could actually aid two Premier League clubs, with Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United potential beneficiaries given the names involved.
On deadline day, Sky Sports (31/08/2017) reported that Tottenham were keen to sign Brazilian winger Moura, but ran out of time to sort out a work permit for the 24-year-old.

The former Sao Paulo wonderkid hasn’t quite fulfilled his potential with PSG, but has hit 44 goals in 212 games for the French giants, with his blistering pace a potentially smart addition to this Tottenham side if Pochettino does rekindle his alleged interest in January as PSG look to offload him.
Meanwhile, The Telegraph reported last month that Newcastle had considered a move for German goalkeeper Trapp, and a move for a new shot-stopper may still be on Rafael Benitez’s mind despite Rob Elliot’s decent start to the season.
If both players are up for sale, then new moves from Newcastle and Spurs wouldn’t be a huge surprise, with both clubs possibly in the market for bargains in 2018.
