West Bromwich Albion are currently in a whole world of trouble.

West Brom manager Alan Pardew addressed the media yesterday, ahead of his side’s crucial clash with Bournemouth tomorrow, and shared how he and his staff are constantly discussing the best ways to get the balance right in training, as quoted by the Express & Star.
The Baggies are currently in a whole world of trouble, and sit firmly rooted to the foot of the Premier League table, having taken just 20 points from the 30 league games that they have played so far this season.

Pardew’s arrival at the Hawthorns was expected to coincide with an upturn in form for West Brom, but that has so far failed to materialise, with his side having won just once since he was handed the reigns in November.
The 56-year-old spoke to reporters yesterday, and explained how he and his staff are acutely aware of keeping the morale high at the Hawthorns during training sessions, as quoted by the Express & Star:

“The balance is important on the training ground. Every morning me and my staff talk about getting that balance right. At a training ground, it can’t be serious all the time.”
Tomorrow’s trip to the Vitality Stadium will be a vitally important one for the Baggies, and if they fail to win, their chances of avoiding the drop this season really will look bleak to say the least.
