Newcastle have signed Paraguay international Miguel Almiron.

Newcastle United clinched a new record signing on deadline day when they bought Miguel Almiron.
The £20 million fee to sign Almiron from MLS side Atlanta United broke a record which had stood since 2005.
Almiron is a Paraguay international with 12 caps to his name so far.
The 24-year-old’s move to Newcastle attracted the attentions of one of Paraguay’s most famous modern day players.
Eccentric goalkeeper Jose Luis Chilavert reacted on Twitter to Almiron’s move, wishing him well.
He wrote: “Success dear Miguel Almiron at Newcastle United, you’re a star.”

Almiron became a fan favourite at Atlanta United during his time in America and there are big expectations ahead at Newcastle.
Manager Rafa Benitez told The Mirror yesterday that the formalities of Almiron’s work permit are still being ironed out, and the attacking midfielder is scheduled to begin training this week.
It is possible Almiron could be in the squad for Newcastle’s next fixture away to Wolves on Monday night.
