Manuel Gerolin believes that Vazquez is ready to play anywhere.

Palermo sporting director Manuel Gerolin has spoken about Tottenham Hotspur’s interest in the club’s Argentine-born attacker Franco Vazquez this week, believing he has proved himself ready for a big money move.
Gerolin, who is on his way out of Palermo in the summer, is quoted by TuttoMercatoWeb as stating:
“Vazquez? When one is a great player you can play anywhere.
“Tottenham and Fiorentina (‘s interest)? He has proved his value. Now he should only deal with a team with great goals.
“He costs a lot because he is strong. He changes matches. They are the players that one pays so much for but they live up to their value.”

It comes as Spurs continue to be linked with a move for the 27-year-old – who actually represents Italy at international level.
It was reported by the Express yesterday that Spurs were in the lead for the player, who is seemingly valued at around £22.8 million by the Italian club.

Spurs need to improve their attacking options ahead of next season, although most fans would prefer to see the club splash £22.8 million on a striker to support the lonesome Harry Kane.
But Vazquez is extremely talented and would settle in brilliantly to the system Mauricio Pochettino currently plays at White Hart Lane.
It seems that Palermo will be willing to listen to offers for their player this summer and if Spurs are willing to pay the money he might just be a brilliant summer buy.
