Jack Wilshere’s future at Arsenal is in doubt despite impressive performances, so Crystal Palace and West Ham should be falling over themselves to sign him.

Jack Wilshere put in another fine Europa League performance for Arsenal as they finished the group stages with a 6-0 demolition of BATE Borisov.
Wilshere was on the scoresheet at the Emirates Stadium – his first goal for the club in 928 days – and also set up another as the midfielder continues to impress on the European stage.

Unfortunately for the 25-year-old, in the Premier League his opportunities remain limited and he has made just four appearances, all from the substitutes’ bench, this season.
Wilshere is out of contract at the end of this campaign and with the January transfer window drawing ever closer and a chance to make England’s squad for the 2018 World Cup, admitted to Sky Sports last month that he may have to leave the Gunners to achieve that:
“I want to play in the Premier League so of course I’m frustrated but the team are playing well.
“I think we [Wilshere and manager Arsene Wenger] will have to talk about that [Wilshere’s future] when it comes down to it.
“We have got a month until then and me and the boss will probably have a conversation before then and see what happens because obviously when January comes I have only got six months left on my contract.”

Speculation about Wilshere’s future has been ongoing for some time and the Telegraph reports that Crystal Palace, Real Betis, Swansea City and West Ham United are all interested.
However, in the summer the Independent said that the Englishman preferred to stay in London, which would make Palace and West Ham his two choices.
Both sides are currently embroiled in a relegation battle and with Wilshere in such fine form, the two sides should falling over themselves to sign the midfield ace to give him the opportunity to impress Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate – especially with Wenger seemingly giving him the cold shoulder.
