West Ham United have struggled this season, despite having some excellent players amongst their ranks.
West Ham ace Pablo Zabaleta spoke exclusively to the club’s official website, and named the three players who make a real difference for the Hammers.
David Moyes’ side performed admirably over the past week, taking four points from their two games against Southampton and Chelsea respectively, and they now sit in 14th spot in the Premier League table, six points clear of the drop zone.
West Ham can finally starting looking up after their draw against the Blues on Sunday, and with just four points separating them from 10th placed Newcastle, a top half finish seems like a very real possibility.
With the quality currently present amongst the Hammers squad, they really should not be in the position that they are in.
Zabaleta highlighted three players in particular who can make a difference for West Ham, when speaking exclusively to the club’s official website:
“We have the players going forward who could score goals in Marko, Chicha and Joao Mario. They have huge quality to make the difference in the end and they have done it.”
Next up for the east London outfit is a home game against Stoke City on Monday night, and the three players mentioned by Zabaleta will surely have a huge part to play, if their side are to take maximum points from the contest.
