Leeds United attacker wants to capitalise on his experience.

Leeds United attacker Pablo Hernandez says he will step up with the team needing him more than ever.
Leeds are battling to get back in control of the automatic promotion spots after losing to QPR in midweek.
The Whites play West Bromwich Albion at Elland Road tonight, a huge game.
Speaking to The Yorkshire Evening Post at a press conference yesterday, Hernandez says he will set an example to younger players.
Hernandez said: “I try to help some team-mates and young players on the pitch.
“I think in the difficult moments of the games the players need to take responsibility.
“I think in some moments I need to take this responsibility because I have experience. I try to show my team-mates even in the bad moments that we need everybody.”
Hernandez has been excellent this season and is the creative fulcrum of the Leeds side.
At 33, he is also the club’s oldest player. There is a sense that he needs this promotion more than any of his teammates.
He appears to realise the urgency of the situation.
