The Leeds United play-maker pulled the strings again this weekend.
Most of Leeds United’s summer signings have taken time to settle at Elland Road – with Pontus Jansson the notable exception – but the Whites are now benefiting from those additions, with play-maker Pablo Hernandez rediscovering his groove at just the right time.
Against Norwich City, the Spaniard was in superb form, providing an impressive six key passes to set up goal-scoring chances for a teammate.
That was his joint-best of the campaign, with six key passes also played against Nottingham Forest earlier this year.

This time Leeds were on the right end of the score-line and they have moved up into the play-off places as a result.
There is still a very long way to go this season, but if Hernandez continues to dictate the play and set up chances for a forward-line that is beginning to fire on all cylinders, Leeds should be there or thereabouts come May.
Hernandez was tipped as a fine addition when he came to Leeds and any player that can put six chances on a plate in a single match is worth keeping hold of for as long as possible.
