Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa has done an excellent job since arriving at Elland Road.

Bielsa joined Leeds back in 2018, and he has made great progress with the side during his time in charge.
Although Leeds fell short of promotion last term, the improvements made by many of their players have been vast.
Hernandez, despite being 34, is one of the players who has taken his game to new heights under Bielsa’s tutelage.
And Hernandez admits that he considers Bielsa to be a brilliant manager to work for.
“Everybody feels that Marcelo is a special manager,” Hernandez said.
“He’s a special person. Myself and my team-mates feel this every day in the training ground and in the matches.
“I think, for me, it’s a surprise that he came here.
“When I started to work with him, sometimes you think you have experience, you’re an old player and you know everything in football.

“You can watch and see this isn’t true.
“At 33 and 34, I can still learn new things in football and this is why it is a great experience for me to work with him.”
Hernandez is currently out injured for Leeds, and his importance to the side has been highlighted in recent weeks.
The Whites have found wins much harder to come by without the Spaniard in their starting line-up.
Bielsa will hope that Hernandez returns to action sooner rather than later, as Leeds look to get back to winning ways and the top of the Championship table.
Leeds are currently in third place in the second tier, with their next match coming against Queens Park Rangers.
