According to the Mirror, the former Premier League manager is being considered to take over the Magpies. Bruce expected to face the sack from Newcastle in the coming days.

With Bruce’s time running out at Newcastle, a new manager to lead the club in a fresh direction is absolutely needed for the northeast giants. And Howe could be a realistic target for the Toon.
The former AFC Bournemouth manager kept the Cherries in the Premier League for multiple seasons. And as a long-term option, Howe could succeed at Newcastle with the correct people around him.
