Leeds United owner Andrea Radrizzani takes the positives from heart wrenching loss.

Leeds United’s loss to Millwall at the weekend was quite incredible.
The Whites fought back from 2-0 down with 10 men to lead 3-2 before conceding two goals in the last five minutes to lose 4-3.
The mistakes were too many to count and Leeds have now lost twice against Millwall this season.
Fans are increasingly unhappy at the team’s poor form, now three losses in a row in all competitions.

Club owner Andrea Radrizzani is putting on a positive front, and is trying to be optimistic.
Replying to one of the countless messages he was sent from supporters at the weekend, Radrizzani said he was focusing on the stirring fightback the team produced, even though they would go on to let it slip.
The match will have been as much of a rollercoaster for Radrizzani as anybody, knowing the pressure of improving results ultimately rests with him.
With the transfer window open, Leeds have to decide where they need improvements, and time is rapidly running out to do so.
