The striker has five goals in five league games for Everton this season.

Former Premier League midfielder Owen Hargreaves has told BT Sport that Romelu Lukaku will leave Everton for £80 million next summer.
The striker was heavily linked with a move away from Goodison Park in the summer transfer window after scoring 25 goals in all competitions last season.
The Blues were determined to hold onto their star man, though, and they slapped a huge asking price on his head to ward off any interest.
It was a tactic that paid off as the Belgian ended up staying on Merseyside. He has since started the season on fire with five goals in five league games.

Another strong season like last year is likely to spark big interest in his services and Hargreaves believes a mega move is on the cards.
“They [Everton] are really fortunate to have him right now,” he told BT Sport.
“Another window, scoring free-kicks, his value is going to go up tremendously. He’ll go in the summer, probably, for £70million to £80million.”

It will certainly be interesting to see if there is interest in Lukaku in the next summer transfer window.
Fortunately for Everton they are in a strong position should there be any clubs coming in for him.
Not only can they demand a big fee for his services, they also have the security of having the Belgian tied to a deal until 2019.
Only the cash rich clubs would be able to afford a deal for him in any case and at £80 million there is likely to be few interested parties.
