The youngster on loan from West Ham scored in Norway’s win over San Marino in midweek.

Blackburn manager Owen Coyle has assured Martin Samuelsen that he will be given a chance to shine in a Rovers shirt, speaking to the Lancashire Telegraph.
The Norwegian, on loan from West Ham, scored his first ever international goal on Tuesday, finding the net in Norway’s victory over San Marino, and Coyle insists he will get a chance in the Championship.

“I spoke to Martin before he went away because we’ve brought him into play,” Coyle told the Lancashire Telegraph.
“His opportunity will come because he’s a wonderfully talented player.”
The 19-year-old moved to Ewood Park on a season long loan from the Hammers, but has been restricted to just eight minute of Championship football.
Blackburn have had a tough start to the season, picking up just eight points, which leaves them in the bottom three as they prepare to host Ipswich Town, who have also not had the start they expected.

Coyle needs to find some inspiration, and that could come from the West Ham loanee, whose talent on the ball, combined with his relatively unknown presence, can cause real problems for Championship defences.
The Rovers manager should turn to the unknown quantity at his hour of need, and capitalise on Samuelsen’s form that he showed playing for Norway. Injuries could open the door for the youngster, and he will need to take any opportunity he gets to prove to Coyle that he can hang in the Championship.
