Glasgow Rangers manager Steven Gerrard brought Ovie Ejaria to Ibrox on loan from Liverpool in the summer transfer window.

According to The Scottish Sun, Rangers are interested in signing Solanke on loan from Liverpool in the January transfer window.
It has been reported that the former Chelsea prospect is set to move to the Ibrox club when the window reopens in January.
Ejaria himself joined Rangers on loan from Liverpool in the summer transfer window, and the 21-year-old midfielder – who earns £104,000 per year as salary, according to Spotrac.com – believes that 21-year-old England international striker Solanke would be a good signing for the Gers.
“If Dom was to join Rangers in January he would be a very good addition to the squad,” Ejaria told The Scottish Sun about Solanke.
“It would increase the strength in depth of the squad and he would be a very good addition.”

Need for a striker
Alfredo Morelos is the best striker on the books of Rangers at the moment, while Kyle Lafferty is experienced at the Scottish Premiership level.
Umar Sadiq has struggled to make an impact at Rangers following his loan move from AS Roma in the summer transfer window, and it is clear that Rangers could do with a striker who can be an able back-up to Morelos and Lafferty and perhaps even challenge them.
