Clinton Morrison has praised Liverpool duo Luis Diaz and Roberto Firmino on Sky Sports News (5:20pm, October 1, 2022) for their performances against Brighton and Hove Albion at Anfield in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
The former Crystal Palace forward has said that Diaz changed the game for Liverpool after coming on as a substitute.
The Sky Sports pundit has added that Firmino was outstanding in the match and has praised the Brazil international forward for his two goals in the Premier League game.
Liverpool played out a 3-3 draw with Brighton at Anfield in the league today.
Firmino scored first in the 33rd minute and then on 54 minutes.
Diaz did not start the match, but he came on as a substitute and provided the assist for Firmino’s second goal.

The Sky Sports pundit added: “Roberto Firmino, he has been outstanding. He scored two unbelievable well-taken goals.”
Disappointing result
In our view, Liverpool’s performance against Brighton and Hove Albion at Anfield in the Premier League today was disappointing.
Yes, the Reds eventually picked up a point and could have even won the game, but they conceded two goals first.
That was really poor.
Liverpool are much better than that.
