Some Leeds United fans on social media have been raving about the performance of Robbie Gotts against Cambridge United.
Gotts is spending the second half of this season out on loan at Salford City after an indifferent spell with Lincoln, and it looks as though he’s taken to life at Salford like a duck to water.
The midfielder netted his second goal in four appearances on Tuesday evening, and as you can imagine, his showing caught the eye of many Leeds fans.
Gotts has played first-team football for Leeds, and he’s clearly a player Marcelo Bielsa rates highly, with the Argentine previously describing him as a ‘very valuable’ player.
The youngster won’t be doing his chances of breaking into the first-team any harm by impressing at Salford, and he’s certainly captured the attention of many Leeds fans.
Indeed, supporters were quick to praise the midfielder on social media, with one fan even calling for Leeds to recall him early from his spell in Salford.
Gotts is certainly impressing in League Two, and we can only hope that he continues to develop while out on loan.
