The USA suffered a 3-1 defeat at the hands of the Netherlands in the Round of 16 on Saturday.
The European giants were in control for most of the game and did not face too much trouble in getting the better of the American side.
Leeds midfielder Adams is the USA captain, and he has taken to Instagram to express his disappointment at the team’s failure to move further in Qatar.
Adams is confident that his USA team will bounce back and has full confidence in the current bunch of players.
