Gary Neville thinks, aside from Neymar Jr, Brazil’s forward line at the World Cup, which includes Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal duo, Richarlison and Gabriel Martinelli, is ‘out of control’ and ‘immature’.
The Manchester United legend added that it’s Neymar who is the one that has ‘a little bit something’, but he still feels the pre-World Cup favourites have ‘the best forward collection’ in Qatar.
That’s now minus Gabriel Jesus because the Arsenal summer signing is back home after injuring his right knee during the group stage defeat to Cameroon – and footage has since emerged of the player in happy spirits, walking and singing after surgery.

Nonetheless, with Brazil’s forward line looking to see off 2018 runners-up Croatia in the last eight, Neville had this to say about Tite’s players, as he told beIN SPORTS (05/12/22 at 6:35 pm).
“With Raphinha, Antony, Rodrygo and Richarlison they are all a bit raw,” said Neville. “They are all a bit out of control when running with the ball and a bit immature.
“But Neymar is the one (from Brazil’s forward line) that has a little bit something – they have unbelievable flair, all of them.
“For me, they have the best forward collection in the tournament. Neymar, Richarlison, unfortunately not Jesus now, Antony, Raphinha, Vinicius Jr, Martinelli and Rodrygo. That’s an unbelievable collection of players.”

BEST ATTACKING PERFORMANCE OF THE TOURNAMENT?
Portugal and Brazil displayed their attacking prowess during the round of 16, with Brazil scoring four in the first half against South Korea.
Whilst the Euro 2016 winners, who had Cristiano Ronaldo on the bench, smashed and knocked Switzerland for six on Tuesday.
Both would lay claim that they put on THE attacking performance of the tournament so far.
Given that Portugal had 21-year-old Benfica youngster Goncalo Ramos scoring a hat-trick, and that after replacing Ronaldo in the XI, then they probably deserve those plaudits for this stage.
But as the bigger boys come to the fore in the Middle East, then it makes this Brazil side even more dangerous, especially given that Neymar, after an injury scare during the group stages, has returned to action.
