Former Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino could scupper a potential Arsenal transfer plan, as Sky claim that he is interested in bringing Christian Eriksen to PSG with him.
Arsenal were said to be leading the race for Eriksen earlier this week by Inter Live.
The Italian report suggested that PSG had dropped out of the running to sign Eriksen, with Arsenal pushing hard to land the playmaker.
However, it seems that any potential deal may now be in doubt – as Mauricio Pochettino’s arrival at PSG has revived the French club’s interest in Eriksen.
Pochettino worked with Eriksen at Tottenham, and got the very best out of the playmaker for much of his time in North London.
Eriksen’s previous form in the Premier League had made him a potential signing for Arsenal this summer, with ESPN claiming that he had been offered to Mikel Arteta’s side.

However, if Pochettino does come in for the number 10, then it is difficult to see him turning down the chance to move to PSG.
The French champions not only have Pochettino in charge, but they can also offer Eriksen Champions League football, and they look to be in a stronger position to sign him than Arsenal.
The Gunners do have other options as they search for an attacking midfielder, but few are as experienced or available as Eriksen.
And if Arsenal do have one of their options taken off the table, then it can only be considered bad news, as it ramps up the pressure on Arteta and Edu to land one of their other targets.
