Rangers doctor Mark Waller told the club’s official website how impressed he was with Filip Helander’s attitude towards recovery.
Waller praised the defender’s ‘really positive’ attitude which meant he was able to get back to fitness more quickly than expected.
Helander is clearly champing at the bit to get back playing for Steven Gerrard’s men, and he has been speaking about his manager’s transfer business.
He told the club’s official website he’s been impressed with the signings ahead of a campaign where everyone connected with Ibrox will be desperate to wrestle the title back off Celtic.

It’s been a long spell without football, and even longer for Helander given he’s been out since 2019 with a foot injury.
But the defender’s model professional attitude and early calls for everyone at the club to go from strength to strength show what Gerrard was missing when he was injured.
Helander is clearly fully focused, showing leadership qualities and the desire fans demand when they wear the blue shirt.
That should be a reason for Gers fans to cheerful as the return to action nears ever closer; they need their players to share Helander’s drive and personality to bring silverware back to Ibrox next season.
