Pep Guardiola’s words on Manchester City’s official website that Kevin de Bruyne is set to be back fit for his side’s game against Everton this evening should worry fans of the Toffees.
De Bruyne has been missing from City’s side of late due to an injury problem.
However, Guardiola had ominous news for Everton yesterday, when he announced that the playmaker would be at Goodison Park this evening.
“He travels with us,” Guardiola said.
Whether De Bruyne will be fit enough to remains to be seen, but Guardiola’s words should concern Everton.
City have been an unstoppable force in recent weeks and that is even without De Bruyne playing.

With the Belgian now back, Guardiola’s men are set to be an even tougher obstacle for Everton to overcome.
The 29-year-old is arguably the finest player in the Premier League, and the entirety of the division will surely be fearful about Guardiola placing him back into a City team which has been on fire of late.
Everton can still have a degree of confidence that they can pull off an upset tonight. They have, after all, put together a very impressive season of their own.
But their task of winning does just seem to have got much tougher.
