Edu knows Brazillian talent well having brought in Gabriel Magalhaes and Gabriel Martinelli, and he will surely be even more interested in Luiz with his international stock on the rise.
Jack Grealish may take all the headlines at Villa, but Luiz is emerging as a quality deep-lying playmaker – and having looked at him over the summer, Arsenal and Edu should be keeping very close tabs on him now.
