He was in sensational form for the Serie A outfit last season, scoring 11 times across all competition.
He was a stand-out player in the Champions League, scoring three times and assisting twice, swatting away any questions over his quality.
And his price tag, coupled with Lazio’s interest in Lucas Torreira, makes a transfer extremely viable.
With two star players potentially on the way out, a replacement will be needed. Correa proves the best all-around option and should excite supporters if he arrives.
