Some Leeds United fans on social media have been reacting to a report in the Telegraph claiming Kalvin Phillips picked up a head injury on a night out in London.
Phillips was reportedly enjoying Leeds’ Christmas party when he cut his head. As you can imagine, Leeds supporters had plenty to say about this incident on social media.
Fortunately, Leeds supporters can see the funny side of this. The Whites are already going through a bit of an injury crisis at the moment and the fact their star man can’t even go on a night out without picking up a problem is incredibly ironic.
Phillips back in Leeds training despite reported head injury
Luckily, The Athletic journalist Phil Hay has reported Phillips is fine and back in training.
We have no idea how Phillips injured himself on the night out, but as some Leeds fans rightly point out, there’s only one club this could happen to.
