Rangers manager Michael Beale has said that Ibrox midfielder Glen Kamara is an elite player, as quoted in The Glasgow Evening Times.
Beale made the comments about Rangers midfielder Kamara while noting how the Gers have signed players for relatively low transfer fees and made them better.
The former Queens Park Rangers boss was recently appointed as the Rangers boss.
Beale worked under Steven Gerrard when the Liverpool legend was in charge of Rangers.

The Rangers boss said: “In my time at Rangers under Steven (Gerrard), we knew we didn’t have £5m or £10m to spend on a player.
“But we knew if the right player was identified in the right position, and the vision we had for the way we play drove the decision.
“A lot of our best signings cost nothing like (Glen) Kamara, (Joe) Aribo and (Calvin) Bassey. They took time to become elite players, but it didn’t cost a lot.”

Uncertain future
Glen Kamara has been on the books of Rangers since 2019 when he joined from Dundee.
The former Scottish Premiership champions reportedly paid £45,000 for the 27-year-old.
The former Arsenal prospect has developed a lot at Ibrox and is now one of the best midfielders in the Scottish Premiership.
However, there is uncertainty over the future of Kamara at Rangers.
According to Tutto Salernitana, clubs in La Liga, Ligue 1 and Serie A all are keen on Kamara, who struggled under Giovanni van Bronckhorst.
The 27-year-old has made three starts and four substitute appearances in the Scottish Premiership, and made one start and three substitute appearances in the UEFA Champions League for Rangers this season.
