Tottenham are going through a turbulent spell right now.

Tottenham Hotspur legend Ossie Ardiles has leaped to the defence of his former side on Twitter to claim that they are not in any kind of crisis.
Spurs are going through a rough spell on the pitch right now, losing their last three consecutive matches across all competitions.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side have been beaten by Watford and Liverpool in the Premier League recently, while they lost to Inter Milan in the Champions League during midweek.
The spotlight is now firmly on the North London club to deliver when they travel to Brighton on Saturday for a league fixture and they will be desperate for a result.
But Ardiles has got behind Spurs during a passionate rant on social media to claim the club are in a healthy position, while also showing his full faith in manager Pochettino.

There is a suggestion that a lot of Spurs players are burning out after the World Cup in the summer, but that seems like a myth and in truth they are just yet to find their top gear.
Pochettino is certainly the right man to lead them forward and has done a brilliant job during his four-year spell, but it will be interesting to see how he responds to his first serious bump in the road.
