Three former Tottenham stars have wished Ryan Mason all the best after his move to Hull City.
Mason was confirmed as Hull player yesterday, with the club confirming via their official website that he has become their record signing.
Ex-Spurs trio Ossie Ardiles, Graham Roberts and Micky Hazard each reacted to the sale on Twitter, with the latter expressing he was ‘very sad’ to see Mason leave North London.
While the sale of any academy talent is disappointing, Mason was likely to struggle to play first team football this season at Tottenham.

Like Nabil Bentaleb who was loaned out, he fell out of favour with Mauricio Pochettino, who added Victor Wanyama to the mix earlier this summer.
Mason represented England just two seasons ago, and if he is to stand a chance of getting back into a Three Lions shirt he needs to play regularly.
At Hull he has a chance to be a regular starter and prove a point outside of his comfort zone, and try and make Tottenham regret letting him leave.
