Leeds United aren’t safe in the Premier League yet, but can surely start planning for a second season back in the top flight.

The Whites are 10 points clear of the drop zone, and Victor Orta should be looking at potential signings for next season.

A key target must be another midfielder; preferably a versatile talent who can fill in for Kalvin Phillips in front of defence or play box-to-box.

One interesting name recently linked was Slavia Prague ace Oscar Dorley, who has also been on the radar of Manchester City.

EFotbal report that Leeds are interested in a summer move for Dorley, whose versatility is certainly appealing to Marcelo Bielsa’s approach.

Dorley has played as a holding midfielder and box-to-box, whilst he even has experience of playing as a left back – another problem area for Leeds.

The Liberian looks to be a real talent for the future at just 22, and he enjoyed a great day on Sunday as he scored his first ever goal for Slavia.

Dorley latched onto a ball over the top of the defence to open the scoring for league leaders Slavia against Teplice, though the game did only end in a 1-1 draw.

Leeds will surely love how Dorley saw an opportunity to stay forward, and when an opportunity to score came his way, he didn’t panic.

Dorley will look to kick on from here and continue impressing for Slavia, with Leeds surely tracking his progress over in the Czech Republic.
